The claims team at MSL strives for excellence in service provision. Our accident management or ‘AXMAN’ service handles all aspects of your client’s claim such as reporting claims to your client’s insurers (where required). We manage the claim throughout on behalf of the client, all they need to do is make one phone call and we will manage the entire process.
Owning our own fleet plus utilising selected rental companies puts us in control of the provision of a replacement vehicle. As such, we can speedily authorise the supply of a vehicle specifically suited to your client’s needs. With a network of branches nationwide your vehicle will be delivered within a matter of hours to a location convenient to your client.
