Credit hire
If involved in a non-fault motor accident, we will keep your client mobile by arranging a hire vehicle suitable for their needs. We also recover the cost directly from the at fault party on their behalf.

Credit repair
If, in our view, the accident is clearly non-fault and the full insurance details of the other party involved are valid, our appointed repairer will carry out repairs with the costs being recovered directly from the other party. If third party fire and theft insured, the client will not have to fund the repairs. If comprehensively insured, our client may wish to use this service to avoid paying their excess, subject to terms, conditions and exclusions.

Personal Injury
If, following a non-fault motor accident, your client, passengers and other individuals have sustained an injury, our experienced team of personal injury handlers will guide the client through the solicitor procedure and explain the benefits of their legal expense insurance. Our team work in partnership with our clients and solicitors to ensure a seamless experience for all parties.

Uninsured Loss Recovery
Our robust Uninsured Loss Recovery services are driven by our claims system and supported by experienced personnel and solicitor litigation services.
