Having worked in claims for the last 14 years, most recently as a Claims Manager with AIG insurance, Alan is aware of the importance of managing claim costs and being able to deliver on financial goals, implementing slick processes to produce great results for our clients.
Alan is an experienced leader who has a wealth of knowledge within the claims industry. As Head of Operations, he ensures that claims are dealt with in a timely manner, customer service is prioritised and that claims are settled at the optimum level.
Alan has a real passion for leadership and knows what it takes to build a committed team who can keep claims moving in the right direction.
Away from the office, Alan is a keen golfer, football fan and enjoys spending time with his wife and children.
