In addition, I have over 10 years’ experience of building and leading operational teams. I have worked for both claimants and insurers so am able to bring a wide variety of experience. My last role was technical lead for the credit hire department of the largest defendant insurance practice in the UK, which was coupled with being the technical lead for their recoveries department.
