In-House Underwriting

Financial & Legal Insurance, our sister company, underwrites our Legal Expenses products, giving us the ability to tailor policy wordings according to client needs and allowing us to swiftly adapt and change direction within the market place.

Dedicated Handlers

Dedicated handlers manage claims from FNOL through to completion; this single point of contact enables effective relationships to be established with customers. MSL’s 24/7 x 365 FNOL service ensures your clients get the same great service both in and outside of normal business hours.

Our Own Fleet of Vehicles

We operate our own fleet of vehicles strategically placed at our network of managed bodyshops, providing a seamless repair and replacement vehicle service.
This reduced downtime ensures customers can quickly return to work or go about their business with minimal disruption.

Many of our customers are professional drivers so as each customer’s livelihood is paramount we offer the same efficient service in both fault and non-fault accidents.

Our Products

MSL’s Legal Expenses product range is designed to offer flexibility for Brokers and an excellent level of cover for their customers across a range of sectors.

Our products are sold solely through Brokers, Intermediaries and Insurers. We are unable to offer these products for direct sale to the general public.
