In-House Underwriting

Financial & Legal Insurance, our sister company, underwrites our Legal Expenses products, giving us the ability to tailor policy wordings according to client needs and allowing us to swiftly adapt and change direction within the market place.

Dedicated Handlers

Dedicated handlers manage claims from FNOL through to completion; this single point of contact enables effective relationships to be established with customers. MSL’s fully in-house 24/7 x 365 FNOL service ensures your clients get the same great service both in and outside of normal business hours.

Our Own Fleet of Vehicles

We operate our own fleet of vehicles strategically placed at our network of managed bodyshops, providing a seamless repair and replacement vehicle service.
This reduced downtime ensures customers can quickly return to work or go about their business with minimal disruption.

Excess Protect

Many drivers opt for a high voluntary excess to reduce their annual premiums.

This policy reimburses your clients following a successful payment by their Insurer arising as a result of fire, theft or vandalism, a fault or partial fault accident or where they are unable to recover their excess from a liable third party.

Keycare

Support and practical assistance should your client lose their keys or find themselves locked out of a building or vehicle.

This policy ensures there is no excess to pay and that no claims discount on household or vehicle policies are unaffected.

  • Replacement locks, keys & locksmith charges up to £1,500
  • Locksmith call out charges where key are locked inside a vehicle or premises up to £1,500
  • Cost of public transport or reasonable taxi fares when stranded
  • Cost of reprogramming immobilisers & alarms
