Vehicle Replacement insurance, sometimes called Guaranteed Hire Policy, customers will be assured of a courtesy car and for a period that suits their needs following an incident or accident to their vehicle
Customers who are unable to use their vehicle following an accident or theft may find they are having to pay car hire costs which they may then have to reclaim at a later date. Our policy covers those costs of hiring a vehicle, also known as a courtesy car, following a valid insurance claim on a customer’s motor policy.
MSL’s policy eliminates the risk of customers being without a vehicle following an accident or incident which means the vehicle is either written off –through theft – or requiring extensive repair
Comprehensive motor insurers vary greatly across the market, in the cover they provide. Some offer no courtesy vehicle option, and some will require an additional premium for the provision of a vehicle.
