Lucy joined Drive Further in February 2025 as Operations Director, moving into the Managing Director role at MSL in October 2025. A qualified solicitor, Lucy has 20 years experience in the legal and credit hire sector.
After spending 11 years at Horwich Farrelly Lucy moved into the credit hire area spending 6 years within the Examworks Group as Head of Claims for Plantec Assist and then Claims Director for Kindertons Accident Management. More recently Lucy has been part of the Anexo Group plc where she was responsible for delivery of Claims Operations at DAMS which included the McAMS, CAMS and EDGE brands. Historically, Lucy has also been a member of ACSO’s Vulnerable Road Users Group and The GTA Technical Committee.
With her combined legal, operational and claims experience Lucy has a passion for helping teams delivering operational and customer service excellence.
Outside of work Lucy enjoys hiking, cycling and open water swimming and loves to spend time with her family wakesurfing when the opportunity arises.
