Recoveries Handler

We are currently looking for experienced Recoveries Handlers to join our team.

The Job

You will effectively manage the recovery of credit hire changes, credit repair charges and claim’s uninsured losses, maximising the speed and amount of the recovery. Ensuring all claims are handled with the primary focus on delivering excellent service and working to high standards to achieve business targets.

 What You Need

 Applicants should –

• have previous technical claim handling and customer service experience
• possess a good understanding of the motor industry in relation to repair cycles, vehicle types and motor insurance policies
• have knowledge of GTA, MOJ, FCS, ABI & BIBS guidelines
• pride themselves on their excellent organisational skills and ability to work to department targets.
