Alan Brown appointed Head of Claims Operations at MSL
MSL has appointed Alan Brown as Head of Claims Operations. Alan began his new role in early January and reports to Managing Director Glen Eastwood.
Glen explained that Alan will be responsible for enhancing the day-to-day operations of the claims business, which handles the whole of the claim from FNOL through to settlement.

“He is a highly experienced claims professional, having held senior roles with insurers as well as on the supply side, so he understands what our insurer clients require from their claims service provider.”
